Our mission is to keep the percentage of our fixed costs reflected on products at a minimum level through volume sales which allows us to offer the highest quality products to our dealers at the most attractive prices; stocking new products in a timely manner by keeping up with the geometrically expanding new part numbers, and thus maintaining a supply and demand balance.
Our vision is to produce local alternative solutions for all products we are currently importing, and to facilitate our dealer network instant access to our products both from Turkey and all potential locations around the world.
Turbo chargers, their spare parts, and associated equipment are precision components, and their applications are highly strategic considering the indirect risks involving such components. Therefore our priority and main responsibility is to maintain our sensitive approach to the quality management of all products we manufacture and sell. This is our moral responsibility towards all of dealers as well as to all consumer level customers using products revised and installed by our dealers utilizing our products.
It is our ethical responsibility to conduct our business with all of our dealers who have made a commitment to work with us, on a level and equal field of service, pricing, and supply principle without grading or classifying these dealers based on their region or potential volume.
It is our business responsibility to ensure our dealers can obtain products with a fixed price guarantee as set out in the payment terms/price options mutually agreed on through our interactive systems, regardless of exceptional periods which may be the result of fluctuating market conditions, and can readily and expediently return, and request an inspection, for our products that are, or believed to be, defective.
